We ship worldwide. However, delivery times and availability may vary depending on your location.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Local Orders: 5-10 business days
- International Orders: 10-20 business days (depending on customs clearance)
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on the destination and package weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- We do not offer free shipping unless specified in promotions.
- Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Zayden Explores only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
- Customers must pay the full amount in cash upon delivery.
- If the customer refuses the package at delivery, they may be blacklisted from future purchases.
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email (if tracking is available for your location).
7. Failed Delivery & Reshipping
If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Customers will need to pay additional shipping fees for resending the package.
8. Delays & Lost Shipments
Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
